Office Culture

The College Boulevard Office offers agents a fun and energized atmosphere that is both competitive and encouraging. We strongly feel that everyone has something to add to the potluck, whether it is new technology, tenure in the business, or past experiences; it makes for a well-rounded mix.

We like to have fun and create a little community in our office by hosting various events throughout the year:

• Party on the Patio with our grill and covered outside patio
• Happy Hours spontaneously during the year
• Soup and Chili Cook Offs
• Community service events from Red Kettle Bell Ringing, collecting for Harvesters, Habitat for Humanity, VCP, and Food Banks

Our agents are the reason why we are here, which is why our office strives to help them with anything they need. We have the tools in place for them to use, and the staff in place to offer help when they want it.
